1. Hardware Quotations & Scope

Package prices advertised on this website (such as the ₹12,500 and ₹15,500 Dahua 4-camera combos) specify the core hardware equipment: DVR recorder, cameras, internal surveillance hard disk, SMPS power distribution box, standard copper cable roll, and basic connectors. On-site installation labour, extra cable runs beyond package length, PVC casing/conduit materials, and civil core cuts are quoted transparently based on your property layout before commencement.

2. 1-Year Free Service Support Scope

Full package installations completed by Jesu's Tech include 1 year of direct service support. This covers technician visits to diagnose system faults, camera angle adjustments, DVR firmware updates, and reconfiguring smartphone streaming if you change your home or office Wi-Fi router. Physical damage, vandalism, water seepage into non-weatherproof components, power surges from lightning, or unauthorized third-party tampering are not covered under free labour.

3. Manufacturer Hardware Warranties

Dahua cameras, DVR recorders, and surveillance hard drives carry standard manufacturer warranties. Jesu's Tech assists clients in facilitating warranty claims and replacements for covered defective units during the warranty period.

4. Mobile Remote Streaming Disclaimer

Local CCTV video recording operates 24/7 without requiring internet. Remote live viewing via the Dahua DMSS mobile application requires an active broadband internet connection with adequate upload bandwidth provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
